Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, adaptable PMO Intern who will support program execution, documentation, reporting, and coordination across internal and client teams. This role offers exposure to end-to-end project execution in an InsurTech environment and may evolve into a Business Analyst role based on performance and business requirements.
The intern will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients, and must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-accountability environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support program and project management activities including meeting notes, MoMs, action tracking, and follow-ups
Prepare status updates, dashboards, and periodic reports
Maintain and update project trackers, risk logs, and dependency lists
Assist in documentation such as process notes, requirement summaries, and reports
Coordinate with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders
Attend client meetings to listen, observe, document, and learn domain context
Support ad-hoc tasks required to keep projects moving forward
Gradually assist in Business Analyst activities such as understanding processes and capturing requirements
Required Qualifications
BE / BTech / MBA (or equivalent)
Strong interest in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting roles
Willingness to work from client locations (Mumbai / Navi Mumbai)
Comfortable with travel and flexible working hours based on project needs

Preferred (Good to Have)
Prior internship or project exposure in PMO, Business Analysis, Consulting, or BFSI
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
Ability to quickly learn insurance and InsurTech domain concepts
