Customers in more than 135 countries depend on Aviat Networks to build, expand, and upgrade their voice, data, and video solutions.We currently have an immediate need for a PMO for Gurgaon, IndiaAbout the Role: The role will be part of post sales service stream which will provide support to the circle project in India and the Philippines. This position requires Program Management skills with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. PMO Heads responsibilities include keeping a repository of the scope and KPIs across all customers and related projects. The position would be responsible for providing analytical support to the circle project managers along with all management reports & dashboard related to the services. This position will ensure that required resources are available for any project as and when required as per the companys policies. This position will also play an important role in initiating new streams/projects to expand the business.Responsibilities

• Creating and publishing the management dashboards related to major KPIs across all projects and customers.
• Collaborating with services teams to understand customer requirements and provide potential solutions and approaches.
• Helping customers to achieve their target by close coordination with vendors and suppliers to provide timely support to field force for completing the project.
• Supporting sales team to execute the new PoCs.
• Providing the best practices of one project/area/circle to rest of the parts across projects and people which help in improving the overall customer experience.
• Soliciting and logging customer feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales opportunity from existing customers.
• Training the existing and upcoming members of the post sales team on the project management skills.
• Digitization and automation of existing and new processes.
• Maintain a regular and open communication channel with the Sales, the Product Line management and Product Marketing team and the other regional Technical Support teams.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Candidate should have an Engineering or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10-15 Years of Experience in the field of telecommunications.
• Proven track record of project/program management.
• Good collaboration skills.
• The ability to provide solutions and guidance to service teams to run the project more smoothly.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written, and able to articulate and express oneself.
• Ability to lead and groom the teams.
• Solution approach leading to Win-Win for company and customers.
• Sense of ownership and pride in ones performance and its impact on companys success.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• To create next line team leaders
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
