PMO Finance - 4+ Years - Gurugram

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global analytics leader where you will play a critical PMO-Finance role, supporting leadership through accurate financial insights, robust governance, and end-to-end financial coordination across large programs.
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Responsibilities * Manage monthly and annual invoicing cycles, including actuals, provisionals, accruals, and reconciliations

• Build, maintain, and present financial forecasts, including re-leveling, variance analysis, and true-up/true-down
• Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Business Review decks for senior leadership and clients
• Coordinate with Finance, BI, AR/AP, Procurement, and Program teams for seamless financial operations
• Track ERP/OTL hours, resource costs, leave management, and ensure invoicing accuracy
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and PMO documentation and dashboards

Requirements * Strong experience in financial forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and PMO finance support

• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar) and time-tracking tools
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, analysis) and PowerPoint for financial presentations
• Solid understanding of PO management, vendor invoicing, and invoice clearance processes
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA preferred)
