We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Executive to support our staffing operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in project management and operational excellence within a dynamic staffing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of staffing projects, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting of staffing projects and initiatives. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and trackers for resource allocation and utilization. Coordinate with recruitment, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and other operational metrics to ensure project health and compliance. Support in preparing weekly/monthly reports for leadership review. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to internal PMO guidelines and best practices. Participate in audits and compliance checks related to staffing operations.
