We are seeking a proactive and highly organized PMO (Project Management Office) Specialist to join our Global Finance Operations Enablement team. This role will be pivotal in supporting both the Global Continuous Improvement & RPA Lead and the Process Optimization Specialist, ensuring the successful delivery of CI, automation, and process optimization projects across our global Finance Operations footprint.
This is a new role added to strengthen enablement team. This role will help and support Project Manager to drive projects and support business leaders. Currently there is no PM who can help drive existing transformation and optimization initiatives within FinOps. This role will help bring structure to support the Proejct Managers, our CI lead, our Delivery teams and our GPOs to drive transformation and optimization projects as part of BAU.
Role Overview
The PMO will act as the central coordinator and project manager for all CI and process optimization initiatives, providing structure, governance, and support to functional experts. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives, while driving best practices in project management and stakeholder engagement.
