About The Job:

• As a PMO you will be responsible for providing assistance to client based in, Latin America, Europe.
• Prioritized and aligned to short- and long-term goals of the business.
• Making sure right people have access to the right information to make the right decisions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Creating dashboard to show overall progress and health of the projects in Excel & Power BI.
• Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Publishing status of milestone and deliverables across the portfolio.
• Publishing information about the budget, forecast, actuals, margins.
• Providing timely input of project risks and progress on mitigating these risks.
• Publishing operational efficiency and project performance.
• Effective management and utilization of enterprise resources.
• Create visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders
• Track all types of work, i.e., project work, non-project work, vacation, etc.
• Forecast

financials to determine the margin and profitability. * Escalation Management:

• Identify, manage, and lead escalations.
• Problem Management:

• Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent the most complex problems from occurring across teams.
• Change Management:

• Independently review and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and risk to meet project needs.
• Vendor Management:

• Timely issuance of purchase order, validating vendor invoices, sharing relevant information about invoices.
• Project Management:

• Participate, propose, and/or lead exceptionally complex customer and internal projects, including transformation, internal businesses/end user's areas.
• Mentor/provide review/advice to other projects inside/outside responsibility areas.
• Teamwork:

• Lead or work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multifunctional, and addressing highly complex issues. Trusted advisor inside and outside team/technology area and across different polices/standards/delivery models.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of experience

Typical skills include:

• Understanding of related technologies.
• Customer Service General Project Management.
• Customer/Vendor Management.
• Financial Management.
• Stakeholder management
• Good command in Excel (using pivot, good with numbers)
• MS- Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Power BI
• Good Analytical skills
