About the role:

We're looking for a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our growing Technical Program Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about data, reporting, and continuous improvement.



You'll work closely with our project and program managers to help track delivery performance, improve reporting tools, and support governance processes across our tech and product teams. You'll bring strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to work in a dynamic, tech-focused environment.

What you'll do:

Support the PMO in tracking project and program performance across the portfolio. Maintain, update, and improve dashboards and reporting tools to ensure accurate delivery insights. Assist in preparing portfolio status updates, RAID logs, and governance packs for leadership. Work closely with Project and Program Managers to collate, cleanse, and analyse delivery data. Help standardise PMO processes, templates, and document repositories (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint). Identify and recommend improvements to our reporting cadence, tools, and workflows. Support meeting coordination, note-taking, and action tracking where needed.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience with Excel and one or more data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau etc). Experience with Workflow and project management tooling such as JIRA is preferred Basic familiarity with project management principles, even if gained through academic or internship experience. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Eager to learn and grow within a project delivery or PMO career path.
