1. Plan, allocate, complete, and verify daily work while ensuring root cause analysis and closure of complaints.
2. Maintain machines and equipment in running condition by focusing on timely PMS, correct usage, and monitoring MTBF & MTTR.
3. Manage critical spare parts inventory with effective forecasting and usage tracking.
4. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities (NVA) and conduct energy audits to optimize resource utilization.
5. Ensure machines deliver defect-free parts, integrating Poka Yoke wherever applicable.
6. Track and update improvement projects weekly; submit completion reports to management.
7. Identify and fulfill training needs of team members; conduct monthly performance evaluations.
8. Prepare and present monthly status reports, monitoring departmental performance against annual targets and addressing gaps.
9. Develop and maintain an organization chart and manpower plan aligned with departmental and company goals.
10. Define and achieve annual and quarterly departmental goals.
11. Build and lead a cohesive team, ensuring adherence to company systems and procedures; provide on-the-job, offline, and mentorship training.
12. Coordinate with the HR/Personal department for execution of all factory-related civil works.

Qualifications & Experience

10 years of experience in maintenance, production support, or plant engineering.
Proven track record in managing maintenance budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
