Key Responsibilities:
Lead and monitor project execution across assigned sites.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Verify quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Prepare and submit project progress reports on time.
Resolve site-level issues and escalate where necessary.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical assistants.
Requirements:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in construction/project management.
Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and safety practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver under deadlines.
Willingness to travel within project locations.
