Job Description

Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Development and Execution:
Deploy strategies for project development, ensuring alignment with the overall business and strategic objectives.
Execute planned development projects within defined timelines and budget constraints, while meeting quality and financial performance standards.
Oversee master planning, design, and project execution to meet global standards, focusing on urban planning, design, operations, and development.
Develop and lead the project execution strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach across phases and compliance with workflows and standards.
Stakeholder Management and Liaison:
Build and maintain professional relationships with local bodies, stakeholders, and government agencies to secure necessary regulatory approvals.
Collaborate with Corporate Affairs to identify and resolve approval bottlenecks with agencies like CIDCO and Mantralaya, proactively driving liaison efforts.
Ensure comprehensive stakeholder consultation and engagement to deliver quality projects that are both market-ready and profitable.
Project Planning and Resource Management:
Lead project planning activities, including financial performance oversight, quality, cultural alignment, and adherence to timelines.
Implement resource planning and phased project rollouts to meet strategic goals and maintain project continuity.
Identify, engage, and manage architects, consultants, and contractors, overseeing contract formulation, negotiations, and awarding processes.
Technological Advancement and Quality Control:
Introduce new technologies and methodologies to enhance project development and ensure competitive standards.
Implement audit controls to maintain quality standards and process adherence across project workflows.
Regularly assess ground-level progress, troubleshoot issues, and address risks proactively to ensure seamless project delivery.
Financial Oversight and Budget Management:
Guide budgeting and expenditure planning to ensure optimal fund utilization, financial accuracy, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Monitor financial metrics, operational reports, and company expenditures, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability.
Ensure project implementation priorities are aligned with organizational goals, focusing on financial efficiency and resource optimization.
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead and mentor a multifunctional team of experienced professionals, creating a performance-driven, collaborative, and innovative team environment.
Identify training and capability-building needs to enhance productivity and foster leadership within the team.
Set goals, supervise project teams, and serve as a role model to drive excellence in project management.
Qualifications:
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in engineering - Civil. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Work Experience(Range of years):
10-15 Years
Preferred Industry:
Experience in real estate, with a strong focus on techno-commercial aspects in large-scale construction projects or projects involving complex resettlement and rehabilitation.
Proven expertise in managing large, complex projects, including those requiring extensive liaison with regulatory bodies and mass-scale rehabilitation efforts.
