PMC Lead (Civil Engineer)

Job Summary

The PMC Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for supervising and monitoring minor civil works at BPCL Retail Outlet project sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with approved drawings, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks as per BPCL guidelines and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Material Supervision & Drawing Compliance

Ensure supervision of materials used for minor civil works in alignment with approved drawings. Review and modify drawings as required to meet site-specific conditions and project requirements.

Site Supervision & Reporting

Oversee on-site civil work execution and maintain daily records. Prepare and submit detailed site reports, progress updates, and observations to the PMC Manager.

Quality Assurance

Ensure quality of executed civil works as per BPCL standards and engineering best practices. Monitor workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Material & Work Testing

Conduct testing of materials and work as per applicable standards. Maintain proper documentation and records such as NROs, upgrades, CNG, EV, and other relevant formats.

Compliance with Drawings & PESO Requirements

Verify that all work is executed as per approved drawings and incorporate any alterations/amendments suggested by PESO or other regulatory bodies.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate regularly with the PMC Manager regarding upcoming site visits, work schedules, and project requirements. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

Continuous Learning & Development

Enhance technical knowledge related to BPCL retail outlet construction standards, PESO norms, and industry advancements. Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or PMC roles (preferably in petroleum retail outlet projects).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹302,550.86 - ₹336,000.00 per year
