Roles and Responsibilities 1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of Cardio Diabeto covering Franco Africa/ Anglo Africa Market. 2. Experience in covering International or Franco Africa/ Anglo Africa Market will be added advantage/ Preferred but not compulsory. 3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in Cardio \xe2\x80\x93 Diabeto Segment. 4. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative. 5. Design Promotional / Communication strategies for the various brands of the organization. 6. Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products. 7. Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders. 8. Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring and willing to travel in Franco Africa. 9. Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation in Franco Africa/ Anglo Africa. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile 1. B. Pharma or B.Sc. and MBA in Marketing, 8-10 years in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of which last 8-10 years in marketing (PMT) covering domestic or international market. 2. Experience in handling Cardio \xe2\x80\x93 Diabeto as Assistant Product Manager/ Product Manager or Senior Product Manager covering Domestic or International market. 3. He/she should be creative and innovative. He/ She should have good knowledge of Cardio \xe2\x80\x93 Diabeto segment and medical promotion for Franco Africa/ Anglo Africa. 4. He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals. 5. Candidate will require to travel in Franco Africa/ Anglo Africa as and when required.
