Product Manager: Responsible for orchestrating the various activities associated with ensuring that a product is delivered that meets users# needs. Roles & Responsibilities: # Build Product Road maps and Backlogs by evaluating end-users# need, market trends and competition # Requirement#s elicitation and define #Definition of Done# # Ensures an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration between all the members of the team, all in the interest of driving the product forward. # Play int ersection of business, design, and technology. # Well-versed in Agile Methodology # Build strategic and long-term perspective with a strong focus on the market success of a product # Maximize the business value of the product # Ensure to provide use r stories and creating and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize the business value # Ensure acceptance criteria have been met before deploying the product # Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation # Manage the relationship w ith the client and all stakeholders # Establish and maintain relationships with third parties vendors # High level involvement from requirement gathering, Customer Plant visit # Pre-assessment, delivery & support etc Requirements # 10 to 12 years of experience in Mining. Broadly includes: o Mining Operations o Mining Consultancy o Mine Planning & design o Business development o Tendering and Project Management services o Benchmarking system improvement studies # Strong presenter speake r on mines # Experience in Underground as well as open pit mining covering various commodities viz. Coal, Iron ore, Copper ore, Uranium ore etc. # Experience in product engineering approach and ability to lead the product engineering team # Expertis e in development processes (agile, iterative incremental and other latest methodologies), quality and testing best practices # Understanding of Dev-Sec-Ops and Product centric delivery # Good understanding of digital integration approach and technolo gies # Effective leadership with decisive decision-making ability, inter-personal communication skills (written and verbal) # Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner# (AIPMM) preferrable # BE ME MTech MCA .
