Key Responsibilities:




Lead and manage projects focused on digital onboarding journeys and wealth servicing through mobile applications. Strong understanding of mobile app journey design, particularly within onboarding and servicing for Wealth Management products. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end mobile app experiences for customer onboarding and servicing. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences. Drive digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders and cross-regional teams. Apply Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence) to manage project execution. Implement robust project governance, including RAID logs, RACI matrices, and escalation processes. Identify risks and issues proactively and provide effective mitigation strategies. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional, cross-regional teams.

Qualifications & Skills:




8+ years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services Proven experience managing digital onboarding and wealth servicing projects, especially in mobile applications. Strong understanding of customer journey design for onboarding and servicing workflows. Experience in digital transformation initiatives within financial services. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Jira, Confluence, and project governance best practices. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
