• SME on decommission process. Assists application managers with questions or concerns relating to decommission of their application.
• Create application decommissioning pipeline.
• Coordinate with POC from service line for pipeline review and decom initiation.
• Provide guidance on decommissioning processes and timelines.
• Reports application infrastructure components associated with the application and related costs to app owners.
• Facilitates approvals as part of decommission initiation.
• Coordinate with service requests execution teams.
• Tracks the progress and ensures timely completion of the decommissions in their portfolio and escalates issues as necessary to remove roadblocks in relation to decommissioning issues with specific applications.
• Communicate with various stakeholders through periodic MI.
• Coordinates with compliance/controls officer for adherence to legal & regulatory requirements.
