PM Skills + Capital Markets / Trading Domain Knowledge (see JD below) + Mobile / Web platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of trading and investment mobile app projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. Drive digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer journeys and optimizing business processes. Engage and influence senior stakeholders across geographies, ensuring timely decision-making and alignment. Apply Agile methodologies and tools to manage project execution effectively. Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring smooth project delivery. Maintain robust delivery governance, including RAID, RACI metrics, and escalation processes. Manage cross-functional, cross-regional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services. Strong Capital Markets & Trading domain knowledge, particularly in end-to-end trading journeys. Proven experience in mobile app trading solutions for investments and market transactions. Demonstrated success in digital transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership. Solid Agile delivery experience, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills. * Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities.
