Job Description

Template Development & Process Standardization Design, develop, and maintain standardized templates, frameworks, and documentation for reporting, governance, and performance tracking. Ensure templates align with organizational standards and support process automation and efficiency. SLA Governance & Compliance Management Track, validate, and ensure adherence to account-level SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations. Establish and maintain a governance cadence to review SLA performance with stakeholders. Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement for SLA deviations. Resource Planning & Workforce Management Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and forecasting to ensure optimal staffing across projects. Identify skill gaps and collaborate with HR/leadership to plan upskilling or hiring initiatives. Reporting & Analytics Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor performance metrics, SLA compliance, and productivity. Provide actionable insights and executive summaries to senior management. SLA Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement Track progress and provide regular updates on NYL MOSS SLAs and key initiatives. Drive process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Engage and coordinate with multiple teams, departments, and stakeholders across the organization to gather updates, resolve issues, and drive accountability. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
