Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of contact center modernization projects involving Avaya and Amazon Connect
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, Avaya, AWS, and AI stakeholders
Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across hybrid and cloud migrations
Manage vendor and partner engagements and ensure contractual deliverables are met
Lead status reporting, steering committee updates, and issue resolution
Support change management, cutover planning, and go-live activities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering technology or digital transformation projects
Proven experience managing contact center or telecom initiatives
Experience with Avaya platforms and Amazon Connect projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing cloud migration or modernization programs on AWS
Familiarity with AI-enabled contact center capabilities, including Amazon Nova
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
Experience in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments
