The International Seller Services (ISS) organization is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to define and drive the next frontier of productivity through GenAI-powered tools and agentic systems. Every day, thousands of Amazonians across International Seller Services (ISS) use internal tools to manage selection, programs, and marketing operations for millions of sellers worldwide. The ISS Productivity Tools team is building the next generation of GenAI- and Agentic-powered systems that will redefine how these teams think, decide, and deliver results.
In this role, you'll shape the agentic AI roadmap for ISS--designing intelligent systems that act as co-pilots for specialists, marketers and program managers. You'll work across product, tech, and data science to build reusable AI capabilities, structured workflows, and intelligent agents that make complex work intuitive, connected, and insight-driven.
Key job responsibilities
As the Product Manager for ISS Productivity Tools, you will:
1) Define and own the Agentic AI roadmap for ISS -- shaping how GenAI enhances decision-making, collaboration, and insight generation across job families.
2) Drive the product strategy for next-generation AI-powered tools that integrate reasoning, summarization, retrieval, and contextual intelligence into the flow of work.
3) Build reusable AI capabilities and frameworks that can scale across systems and regions
4) Partner with Tech, Science, and regional business leaders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into scalable product solutions.
5) Develop clear success metrics to measure improvements in insight quality, decision velocity, and innovation outcomes.
6) Champion human-AI collaboration -- empowering teams to focus on creativity, strategy, and innovation while AI handles cognitive load and complexity.
A day in the life
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, connects deeply with both technology and business, and is passionate about building AI-first products that make people more capable, not replaceable. You'll represent the ISS Productivity charter with senior leaders, align global stakeholders, and work hands-on with engineers and scientists to ship impactful features.
You'll combine strategic thinking with technical depth -- writing PR/FAQs, defining product architecture, and ensuring that each launch drives measurable improvement in how ISS operates globally.
