. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets in their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products to dealers, retailers, contractors, and end customers
Travel across cities and districts of Chhattisgarh to expand market reach
Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and local networking
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into successful sales
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Collect market intelligence - pricing, competitor activity, and product demand
Coordinate with internal teams for dispatches, billing, and after-sales support
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and travel plans to management
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in plywood, hardware, building materials, or FMCG)
Must be willing to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused
Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, WhatsApp)
Own two-wheeler and driving license required
