We are looking for a

Showroom Sales Executive

to manage client interactions, prepare quotations & proforma invoices, and showcase our Plywood products. While this role is primarily

based inside the showroom

, the candidate will also occasionally travel to meet Architects, Interior Designers, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage

walk-in clients, Architects, and Interior Designers

at the showroom. Prepare accurate

quotations and proforma invoices (PI)

based on client requirements. Present and explain our

premium product range

to clients. Maintain and update client records, sales reports, and follow-ups in

MS Excel

. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure

timely order processing and client communication

. Occasionally

travel within Bangalore

to meet Architects/Designers and build professional relationships.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferred). Freshers or up to

1 year of experience

in showroom sales, client servicing, or sales coordination. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Good knowledge of

MS Excel

(Advanced Excel is a plus). Ability to manage

documentation, quotations, and client coordination

. Willingness to occasionally travel within the city for client meetings.

Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate

Age: 22 Years and above

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience

Technical Skills: Must know Excel (Advance Excel is a plus)

Communication: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills

Languages: Should be fluent in local language, Hindi, and English

Other: Candidate must have their own conveyance
