Role Overview:

Shri Om Plywood is looking for an experienced

Hot Press Operator

to handle and operate plywood hot press machines. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the plywood industry and a strong understanding of press operations, safety standards, and production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor hot press machines for plywood production. Ensure correct temperature, pressure, and timings are maintained. Load and unload veneers/ply sheets into the press machine. Maintain production quality and check for defects in finished sheets. Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance. Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe working area. Work with supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hot Press Operator (plywood industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of hot press machinery and plywood manufacturing processes. Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with maintenance teams. Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks in a factory setting. Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Pay: ₹9,784.53 - ₹26,850.57 per month
