Responsibilities :

- Act as an HR consultant and coach, delivering insights and solutions to the leadership team to address various HR challenges.

- Coach business group leadership on people strategy, including team structure (organizational design), strategic hiring, performance management, compensation, recognition, and learning and development.

- Drive adoption of specific programs and policies.

- Partner with business leadership on the identification of top talent and support creation of effective and high impact development plans to build robust and diverse succession plans

- Proactively work with management team on workforce planning for assigned business groups.

- Facilitate decisions around internal employee investigations for assigned business groups.

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, maintain, and engaged workforce and retain the best talent.

- Provide transformational advice on areas including change management initiatives, organizational, departmental restructures, and job role design, to improve cost and efficiency, clarify accountabilities and support delivery of an exceptional employee experience.

- Create data-driven HR solutions and use relevant data to inform and create insights for client groups to inform decision-making and team performance.

What you bring to the team :

- 6+ years of experience as an HRBP supporting Engineering, Product teams.

- Strong professional and executive presence, and possess strong planning, organizational skills, and experience leading projects.

- Proven ability to interact with all levels with comprehensive consultative, partnering, facilitating and influencing/negotiation skills.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity.

- Highly adaptable to reacting to unanticipated, unplanned, and unexpected events to support the business.

- Possess strong integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information.

- Highly motivated, self-starting, requiring little direction.

- Strong analytical skills and superior ability to problem-solve.

- Exceptional commitment to customer service with strong sense of urgency.

- Strong organizational development experience and the ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and presentation skills plus the ability to work in partnership with Centers of Expertise on special projects or initiatives.
