Supervise and coordinate plumbing staff and contractors across multiple properties.
Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, fixtures, and fire-safety systems.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and tenant inconvenience.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Review blueprints and building plans to provide input on plumbing design and installation.
Manage inventory of plumbing tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and project timelines.
Train and mentor plumbing staff
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues and coordinate quick resolutions.
Collaborate with other facilities teams (electrical, HVAC, civil) for integrated property maintenance.
Qualification & Skills
Diploma/ITI/Certification in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and modern plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in maintenance management software is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
