We are seeking an experienced

Plumbing Planning Manager

to lead and manage plumbing system planning across commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plumbing design, coordination, material planning, and project scheduling, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed plumbing system planning and layouts based on project requirements and architectural inputs. Coordinate with the design team, consultants, MEP engineers, and contractors for seamless execution. Create and manage project schedules using planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Forecast resource and material requirements and ensure procurement planning is aligned with project timelines. Review and validate drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs for plumbing works. Monitor project progress and proactively address any deviations or delays. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Participate in technical meetings, client presentations, and progress reviews. Lead a team of draftsmen, engineers, and site supervisors, ensuring clarity in execution plans. Generate daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing planning in the construction or infrastructure industry. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and design standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working on large-scale residential or commercial high-rise projects. Knowledge of BIM and coordination with other MEP services. Exposure to sustainable plumbing design practices.
