System Design

: Develop comprehensive designs for plumbing and firefighting systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local codes.

Plan Analysis

: Analyze architectural plans to design efficient plumbing and firefighting layouts that meet project requirements.

Project Collaboration

: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate plumbing and firefighting systems into building designs.

Technical Documentation

: Prepare detailed design documents, specifications, and reports related to plumbing and firefighting systems.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure all designs adhere to safety standards and quality requirements while addressing any technical challenges during project execution.

Site Inspections

: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that installations are carried out according to design specifications and regulatory standards.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MEP Design Software, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint

Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-4 years of experience in designing plumbing and firefighting systems in sectors such as real estate, industrial, or institutional projects.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, such as B.Tech/B.E. in Civil.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering. Strong understanding of local and international plumbing and firefighting codes and standards. Experience in project management and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
