Job Role: Plumbing & Fire Fighting Estimation & Costing Engineer

We are looking for an

experienced Plumbing & Fire Fighting Estimation & Costing Engineer

to handle estimation and costing activities for

Residential, High-Rise, and Infrastructure projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of

estimation & costing

for Plumbing and Fire Fighting works BOQ take-off, quantity estimation, and rate analysis Cost comparison and budget preparation Coordination with design, tendering, and project teams Preparation of tenders and technical/commercial documents Vendor and subcontractor enquiries and evaluations

Project Experience Required:

Residential Projects (Mandatory)

High-Rise Buildings Infrastructure Projects

Experience:

Minimum 10 years

of proven experience in

Plumbing & Fire Fighting Estimation & Costing

Experience must be

only in Residential / High-Rise / Infrastructure projects

Maintenance project experience will not be considered

Education Qualification:

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline

Other Requirements:

Strong knowledge of IS codes and specifications Good command over Excel and estimation software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ?65,085.38 - ?84,150.52 per month
