Develop and update 3D BIM models for plumbing and fire-fighting systems using Revit.
Prepare layouts, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs.
Coordinate with other MEP and architectural disciplines.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2-5 years' experience in plumbing and fire-fighting BIM modeling.
Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of piping, drainage, and fire protection systems.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in large commercial or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP or Dynamo is a plus.
