We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Plumbing Executive

to oversee and manage all plumbing-related operations within our facilities/projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in plumbing systems, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with local regulations. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and internal teams for project execution. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed. Monitor and control inventory of plumbing tools and materials. Handle emergency plumbing issues efficiently. Train and guide junior plumbers or technicians if required. Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, inspections, and repairs.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma/Certificate in Plumbing or a relevant technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing works (commercial or residential). Good understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to travel to different sites if required.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
