Key Responsibilities Area - Plumbing Engineer

Note : We are currently looking for candidates with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in firefighting skills.

Site Supervision & Technical Support -

Provide technical, organizational, and supervisory assistance to the project.

Quality Control -

Conduct regular quality and inspection checks of plumbing systems, connections, materials, and equipment to ensure they meet standards.

Coordination -

Liaise and coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineers to integrate plumbing systems into the overall project.

Code & Safety Compliance -

Ensure all plumbing work and materials comply with relevant local plumbing codes, standards, and site health and safety regulations.

Documentation -

Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and technical documents for day-to-day execution and project progress.

Problem-Solving -

Identify and resolve any design or installation issues, defects, or unexpected challenges that emerge during construction.

System Commissioning -

Oversee and perform tests on installed plumbing systems to ensure they function correctly before project handover.

Material & Resource Management -

Oversee the management of plumbing workforce, materials, and tools on-site.

Technical Expertise -

Deep understanding of plumbing codes, materials, various sanitary fittings, fixtures, and installation techniques (cutting, bending, joining). And Fire Fighting skills also Including

Software Proficiency -

Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD and Revit is beneficial, along with general word processing and spreadsheet programs.

Project Management -

Strong organizational and project management skills to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. .

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
