Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Engineer to manage the design review, installation, and commissioning of plumbing systems for high-rise residential apartment buildings. The role involves supervising site works, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with local codes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise plumbing works for high-rise residential towers Review shop drawings, material submittals, and installation methods Manage vertical water supply, drainage, and pressure zoning systems Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local authorities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering 5-10 years' experience in high-rise residential projects Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and vertical systems Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP preferred)

Preferred:

Experience with towers 15+ floors MIVAN Experience is mandatory.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
