(Plumbing & Fire Protection Design)

Educational Qualification

: B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience

: 5-8 years in plumbing and fire protection system design.

Roles and Responsibilities

Possess strong knowledge in the design of

Plumbing and Fire Protection systems

as per

NBC

and other relevant Indian codes. Study project requirements and gather necessary details/inputs from clients. Prepare

design documents, technical data sheets, BOQ, and DBR

for tender projects. Develop

design calculations

for water supply systems, drainage networks, stormwater management, WTP, STP, and fire protection systems. Participate in meetings with clients, architects, and consultants to understand and finalize design requirements. Coordinate project activities and ensure drawings/documents comply with specifications and standards. Lead the design team and draughtsmen in preparing drawings and technical documentation. Review and validate design drawings and documents for accuracy and compliance. Provide technical support to relevant departments, liaise with clients/consultants, and conduct site visits when required to support project execution. Take ownership of the design team, ensuring effective leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
