Code compliance
: Ensure all designs comply with current building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Site evaluation
: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, identify potential issues, and verify existing plumbing systems.
Software proficiency
: Utilize and maintain proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Project management
: Assist with project timelines, budgets, and documentation, and coordinate with project managers and team members.
Troubleshooting
: Provide technical support and resolve issues that arise during the construction or operational phases.
