Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

BIM Modeler

with specialized experience in

plumbing systems

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional experience working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and possess strong knowledge of plumbing design, coordination, and detailing. As a BIM Modeler, you will collaborate with project teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and detailed 3D models are created, coordinated, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage

3D BIM models

for

plumbing systems

, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and structural teams to coordinate plumbing layouts. Ensure the model is updated with

as-built

conditions and follows project deliverable timelines. Perform

clash detection

and resolve conflicts related to plumbing systems using BIM tools. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency across projects.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience

as a

BIM Modeler

, specifically focused on

plumbing

design and systems. Proficiency in

BIM software

(Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, etc.). Strong knowledge of

plumbing systems

, codes, and standards. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical designs in relation to plumbing layouts. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with project teams and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
