Plumbing and Firefighting Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed shop drawings for plumbing and firefighting systems as per project specifications and design inputs.

Coordinate with design engineers to interpret layouts and ensure technical accuracy in drawings.

Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and revisions as needed.

Ensure compliance with local codes, project standards, and industry best practices.

Participate in site visits when required to verify coordination and installation.

Maintain drawing registers and documentation as per company standards.

Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD (2D drafting)

Basic knowledge of

Revit MEP

(preferred)

Understanding of piping layouts, schematic diagrams, and coordination drawings

Familiarity with CP, STP, WTP, and firefighting systems like hydrants, sprinklers, and pump room layouts

Soft Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
