Supervise daily engineering operations during assigned shifts.
Respond promptly to maintenance calls and breakdowns in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Monitor utility consumption and report anomalies.
Maintain records of all maintenance work, including shift logs and inventory usage.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments as required.
Train and guide technicians and junior team members during the shift.
Handle energy-saving initiatives and report on equipment efficiency.
Support emergency response procedures and participate in safety drills.
