Job Description

The Customer Service Plumber will be responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and high-quality plumbing service support to Jaquar customers. This role involves attending customer complaints, carrying out installations, repairs, and maintenance of Jaquar bath fittings, sanitary ware, and related products while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend customer service calls for installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of Jaquar products (faucets, showers, sanitary ware, wellness products, etc.). Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective on-site solutions. Ensure correct product installation as per Jaquar guidelines and technical specifications. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolution. Maintain service records, job sheets, and report daily service activities through the company's system or mobile app. Provide feedback to the service coordinator or service manager regarding recurring product or installation issues. Promote preventive maintenance and educate customers about proper product usage. Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and company service centers when required. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures during service activities. Sound knowledge of plumbing systems and bathroom fittings installation. Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings. Troubleshooting and repair skills for sanitary and bathroom products. Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Professional appearance and behavior. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license. Willingness to travel to customer locations within the assigned area.
