Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, sanitary fixtures, drainage systems, and HVAC-related plumbing. Perform routine inspections and identify issues in plumbing networks. Install and troubleshoot pipelines, valves, pumps, water tanks, geysers, and bathroom fittings. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing plans. Ensure plumbing work is done as per building codes and safety standards. Coordinate with site engineers, electricians, and civil teams for smooth workflow. Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies on-site. Maintain tools, equipment, and work logs efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or equivalent certification. Minimum

2-5 years

experience in real estate, construction sites, or facility management. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools. Ability to diagnose and fix plumbing issues independently. Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards. Good communication and teamwork skills.
