Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Repair:

Install new pipes, fixtures (toilets, sinks, showers), and appliances; repair leaks, blockages, and broken components.

Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all plumbing systems, including water/gas lines, drains, and heating systems.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose issues, locate faults in systems, and provide quick fixes for emergencies (e.g., burst pipes).

System Management:

Maintain water pressure, service water heaters/boilers, and manage steam/chemical/fuel piping systems.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure plumbing meets safety standards and regulations; keep records of work performed.

Tool & Material Management:

Maintain tools and equipment; identify piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
Job Type: Full-time
