to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems within the resort premises, ensuring smooth functioning of guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, and public areas.
Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
Attend and resolve plumbing issues in guest rooms, kitchens, restaurants, staff areas, and utility zones.
Repair and replace taps, valves, showers, pipelines, water pumps, geysers, and filtration systems.
Troubleshoot leakages, blockages, low-pressure issues, and faulty plumbing components.
Preventive Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections as per preventive maintenance schedule.
Maintain plumbing checklists for guest areas and back-of-house facilities.
Support engineering operations during renovation and maintenance works.
Operational Support
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and pool departments for maintenance calls.
Assist in maintaining water tanks, sumps, pumps, and sewage lines.
Support in pool-related plumbing and filtration line maintenance where required.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all plumbing work meets safety standards and internal guidelines.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
Report major issues immediately to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily task reports and work logbook.
Update maintenance records and checklist entries.
Assist in managing tools, equipment, and inventory of plumbing materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade.
2-5 years of experience in plumbing (hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, pumps, valves, and sanitary installations.
Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions.
Good diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency calls.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
