We are looking for skilled and passionate Plumber cum Trainers to join our team and deliver practical training programs across various locations in Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing and a flair for teaching. This role involves conducting training sessions, practical demonstrations, and assessments to develop the next generation of skilled plumbers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver plumbing training programs as per curriculum and company guidelines.

Conduct theoretical and practical sessions for students and trainees.

Travel to various districts within Jharkhand to conduct training (all travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by the company when outside Ranchi).

Ensure high-quality delivery of training with practical insights.

Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and assessments.

Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback.

Maintain reports and records of training activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: ITI in Plumbing (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of plumbing and/or training experience preferred.

Note: Fresher with strong technical knowledge and interest in training are also encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within Jharkhand.
