Job Brief:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. A strong work ethic, technical knowledge, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems.
Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
Install and maintain water supply systems, including heating and cooling systems.
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
Identify and resolve problems with plumbing systems and perform necessary repairs.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, electricians, and project managers.
Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
