We are looking for a skilled Plumber & Electrician to install, maintain, and repair plumbing and electrical systems in university and hostel buildings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both fields, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of water, drainage, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, valves, fixtures) and electrical systems (wiring, circuit breakers, lighting).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water supply, drainage, and electrical faults.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct regular system inspections and perform preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Certification/licensing in plumbing and electrical work
- Proven experience in relevant fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
