Job Title: Residential Plumber & Carpenter.
Department: Hostels.
Education Qualifications: Any equivalent degree
Experience: 3+ Years
Plumber - Roles & Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, taps, wash basins, toilets, urinals, showers, and drainage systems in the hostel. Attend to leakages, blockages, or breakages immediately. Ensure proper functioning of pumps, overhead tanks, and water pipelines.
Carpenter - Roles & Responsibilities
Repair and maintain hostel furniture (beds, tables, chairs, cupboards, study desks, doors, windows). Fix locks, hinges, handles, and other wooden fittings regularly. Assist in making or assembling new furniture as per hostel requirements. Install notice boards, racks, shelves, partitions, and other wooden fixtures.
Job Location: Guntur Vaddeswaram
Pay Scale: Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
