Key Responsibilities of the Plumber:
Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, ensuring all plumbing systems are maintained to the highest standards
Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
Performs routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on plumbing fixtures, pipelines, water supply, and drainage systems
Collaborates with supervisors to control costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels
Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values
Ensures adherence and compliance to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, following due diligence requirements and best practices
Requirements of the Plumber:
Previous experience in plumbing or property maintenance is beneficial
Hands-on approach with a positive, can-do work style
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for hospitality
Ability to troubleshoot, find creative solutions, and take ownership of tasks
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
