Greetings from EWarriors Tech Solutions. We are hiring for the following position:

Role: PL/SQL L2 Support

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 6+ Years

Notice: Immediate Joiners / Less than 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

L2 application support

for business-critical applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

Oracle PL/SQL

queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance. Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes or workarounds. Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue escalation and resolution. Monitor batch jobs, database processes, and system performance. Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base. Participate in on-call support rotation and ensure SLAs are met.

Required Skills:

6-10 years of experience in

PL/SQL development and support

. Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in

Oracle SQL/PLSQL

. Experience with

incident management and ticketing tools

(ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.). Good understanding of

UNIX/Linux commands

and shell scripting (basic). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
