Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on

PL/SQL Developer with 4-6 years of experience

to work on enterprise client projects from the client location in Hyderabad. The candidate must possess strong expertise in database programming, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views Design & model efficient database structures (schemas, tables, relationships, indexes) Work on Oracle and MS SQL Server based applications Monitor, debug, and optimize query performance Perform database administration tasks -- user/security management, backup & recovery Integrate data using ETL tools (SSIS or similar) Develop reports using SSRS / Power BI or similar BI tools Collaborate with business teams and translate requirements into technical solutions Work on automation scripts using PowerShell/Python (optional but preferred)

Required Knowledge & Competencies

Strong SQL & T-SQL programming proficiency Experience with performance tuning & execution plans Exposure to database monitoring and job scheduling Familiarity with version control (Git) Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., IRDAI -- added advantage) Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Willingness to work from client office (Hyderabad)

Nice to Have

Experience in Insurance / BFSI domain Scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell) Experience with SSRS / SSIS / Power BI
