What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for translating requirements into design / development Release sprint Development - code & unit testing Support SQA testing cycles for the release Manage Post-Production Support - checking & responding to user queries Manage Day to day On-Call Production Support on a rotation basis Provide estimate based on documentation available / discussions with relevant stakeholders and work towards the timeline Good soft skills to work as an individual and as a group with onsite counterparts is a must

What We Are Looking For

Great work ethic and teamwork skills Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle technologies including SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL performance tuning. Good understanding of APEX. Skilled in designing, building, and maintaining technical and interface specifications based on business requirements. Experience coordinating with business users and external vendors to support IT systems, including export compliance platforms. Participated in system-level and user acceptance testing, comparing actual vs. expected results. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in different time zones. Experienced in coordinating with client application teams to provide integrated solutions. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts. Familiarity with Java and Unix/Linux shell scripting is desirable. Prior exposure to Trade Compliance is an advantage. Knowledge of WebMethods flow services (Software AG) is a plus. Understanding of DevOps practices, sprint-based development, and version control tools such as Git. Strong grasp of relational database best practices and the ability to troubleshoot database issues.
