Hands on exp into Performance tuning Should be good Team player. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple team Strong communication skills. Ability to involve in deployment activity. Should have good knowledge in partitioning and writing pivot query Ability to work in Agile software methodology Ability to contribute in providing value adds to client. Should be able to review the team code and provide comments. Should be able to do design documentation
