Title: Teamcenter Technical Lead

Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days



Must have skill: Siemens Teamcenter, MOM/MES, NX, Opcenter, system integration(ERP, SCADA, IIoT platforms),

+ - 10+ years of experience in PLM and MES/MOM domains, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role. - Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, NX, and Opcenter platforms.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product development lifecycle, and digital transformation.
- Experience with system integration (ERP, SCADA, IIoT platforms)
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Siemens PLM (Teamcenter, NX) and MOM (Opcenter Execution, Opcenter APS) solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of solution architects, developers, and integration specialists.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
- Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with Siemens standards.
- Ensure seamless integration between PLM and MES systems to support digital thread and digital twin strategies.
- Oversee project planning, technical governance, and quality assurance.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and customer presentations.
- Stay updated on Siemens software innovations and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with global delivery teams and manage vendor/partner relationships
